    Làm theo mẫu như sau:

        • distractions: những thứ xao nhãng
          • Ví dụ: To regain my concentration, I have to list out the top priorities of the day and determine to deal with them without any distractions.
        • stay focused: tập trung
          • Ví dụ: I need to stay focused when I am in my classes and listening to my teachers.
        • repetitive: lặp đi lặp lại
          • Ví dụ: It’s easy to daydream at work, especially when you are doing something so monotonous or repetitive
      • Brainstorm câu trả lời của 1 câu hỏi mà IELTS TUTOR đã chọn 
        • Câu hỏi (phải chép lại đề câu hỏi): What many distract you when you are trying to stay focused?
          • Brainstorm (tức là chỉ gạch đầu dòng mình sẽ trả lời gì trong phòng thi, nhớ là với part 1 chỉ trả lời 1 main idea, sau đó cho supporting idea hoặc ví dụ là đủ độ dài)
            • Main idea: Social networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram or Youtube drive me to distraction 
            • Supporting idea: Notifications from these sites distract me from staying focused 
            • Example: When I concentrate on studying IELTS on youtube , I usually get neglected by a great number of ads
