I. Mang nghĩa "có năng lực, giỏi"
=intelligent or good at doing something / intelligent or good at what you do

II. Cấu trúc "be able to do something"
Mang nghĩa "có khả năng để làm gì"
=to have the necessary physical strength, mental power, skill, time, money, or opportunity to do something:
