I. Mang nghĩa "muốn"
= used for saying politely what you or someone else wants, especially when making offers and requests

- Would you like a biscuit with your coffee?
- Can you order for Ellie? She’d like the Margarita pizza, please.
- I would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time of the robbery.
- They’d like you to tell them the truth.

II. Cách dùng khác
1. Would like to have + verb-ed (đã muốn cái gì trong quá khứ nhưng sự thật lại không được)
= We use would like to have + -ed form when talking about things in the past that we have missed

2. I’d like to (viết tắt)
=We can use I’d like to as a short answer to an offer or invitation
