I. Giới thiệu chung
IELTS TUTOR lưu ý "First" sẽ đóng các chức năng ngữ pháp như sau:
- Hạn định từ (determiner) chỉ "thứ nhất" (IELTS TUTOR xét ví dụ: This is the first car I’ve ever owned)
- Đại từ (pronoun) (IELTS TUTOR xét ví dụ: It’s often tougher for a team in their second year than their first)
- Trạng từ (adv) bao gồm trạng từ bổ nghĩa cho cả câu (IELTS TUTOR xét ví dụ: Speak to me first, before you do anything & First, I want to explain the purpose of this meeting)
- Danh từ (noun) (IELTS TUTOR xét ví dụ: He got a first from Oxford. & That visit was a first for me)
II. Cách dùng từ "first"
1. Dùng "first" như hạn định từ (determiner)

2. Dùng "first" như đại từ (pronoun) / danh từ (noun)
