• Intro + Câu 1 (What it is and where it is): Well, the ideal house I’d like to tell you about is a villa, and I am always dreaming of living in a peaceful place near the sea where I can breathe fresh air and enjoy an ocean view everyday
• Câu 2 (What kinds of room it has): It would be ideal if there were an ocean view balcony. For entertainment, I dream of a video game room and a home theatre, and for study, there should be a small library for reading

  • Firstly, I feel that such a place is my lifelong dream
    • I have always had a vision that one day I may move away from the noisy city, living in a tranquil and serene community, and it would be much better if I could have a great ocean view from my window in the morning 
  • Secondly, I will live a self-sufficient (tự cung tự cấp) lifestyle
    • By this, I mean I myself can grow vegetables and fruits, which is safe because food safety has been a increasingly serious issue these days
