I. Whether ...or not / on the opinion that + clause là cách để thành lập mệnh đề danh ngữ

- Câu này rõ ràng là bị sai vì the opinion that và whether or not đóng vai trò như nhau, nên bạn học sinh này viết như này là bị thừa, câu này chỉ dùng 1 trong 2 từ đó thôi nhé
- Về bản chất cách dùng the idea / opinion / fact that và whether or not thực chất là để phía sau có thể đi kèm với 1 mệnh đề được. Giả sử như câu ví dụ của bạn học sinh trên của IELTS TUTOR viết như này thì đúng:

- Cần thiết phải có the opinion / fact / idea that hoặc whether or not thì câu mới đúng ngữ pháp được, vì nếu không có thì sau giới từ on không thể đi với 1 mệnh đề ( S+V) được.

Mang nghĩa ý kiến là / sự thật là

3.1. Ý nghĩa của Whether or not
Mang nghĩa "liệu" hoặc "Có được hay là không"

3.2. Whether or not + clause hoặc whether + clause + or not đều được
