• What he/she did in a team?
  • He takes charge of guest interactions, ensuring they have a comfortable stay.   • Additionally, he actively participates in business planning meetings with other family members to discuss improvements and expansion strategies.
• And explain why you think he/she was a great team player?

He is a great team player for several reasons.

• • Main idea 1: Firstly, he possesses excellent communication skills, making our guests feel welcome and at ease. 
    • Example: One notable instance that highlights my husband's excellent communication skills occurred during a period of unexpected maintenance in one of our homestay rooms. Instead of simply apologizing to the guests upon their arrival, he took the initiative to explain the situation thoroughly, express genuine regret, and offer alternative accommodations. 
  • Main idea 2: His positive attitude, reliability, and dedication contribute significantly to the smooth functioning and success of our homestay business.
    • Example:    Last summer, we encountered an unexpected surge in reservations due to a local event. This sudden influx strained our resources, and the team had to put in extra effort to accommodate the increased number of guests. Despite the challenging circumstances, my husband maintained a positive attitude and rallied the team with motivation.
