II. Cách dùng
1. Mang nghĩa"con người, người"
=A person is an individual human being.

- At least one person died and several others were injured.
- Everyone knows he's the only person who can do the job.
- He's just the person we need for the job; he's the very person we need for the job (IELTS TUTOR giải thích: ông ấy chính là người mà chúng ta cần cho công việc)
- My great-grandfather was a person of some importance here.
- The amount of sleep we need varies from person to person.
- They were both lovely, friendly people.
- At least fifty four people have been killed and a further fifty are missing.
2. Mang nghĩa"dùng khi mô tả tính cách"
=used when describing someone's character

- She's an extremely kind person.
- He's nice enough as a person, but he's not the right man for this job.
- I don't think of him as a book person (= a person who likes books).
3. Mang nghĩa"dùng khi mô tả sở thích"
=If someone says, for example, 'I'm an outdoor person' or 'I'm not a coffee person', they are saying whether or not they like that particular activity or thing.
