II. Cách dùng
1. Mang nghĩa "tập thể dục"
=to exercise in order to improve the strength or appearance of your body

- Huw works out in the gym two or three times a week.
- After breaking up with his girlfriend, he spends most of his time working out in the fitness centre. (IELTS TUTOR giải thích: Sau khi chia tay với bạn gái của mình, anh ấy dành phần lớn thời gian vào việc tập thể dục ở trung tâm thể hình)
- I try to work out twice a week.
- I work out on my stationary bike.
- Make sure you drink plenty of water if you are working out.
2. Mang nghĩa "Diễn ra hoặc phát triển một cách thành công theo cách nào đó, tiến triển"
=to happen or develop in a particular way

3. Mang nghĩa "Tìm ra câu trả lời, biện pháp / Giải quyết"
=to solve a problem by doing a calculation / to solve a problem

4. Mang nghĩa "kết quả của sự tính toán"
=to be the result of a calculation
