1. Dùng "decision" như danh từ đếm được
1.1. Mang nghĩa "sự giải quyết (một vấn đề...), sự quyết định; sự phán quyết (của toà án)"
=a choice that you make after thinking carefully make a decision

- the right/wrong decision
- a big/tough/difficult decision
- a decision to do something

2. Dùng "decision" như danh từ không đếm được
Mang nghĩa "tính kiên quyết, tính quả quyết"
=the ability to make choices quickly, confidently, and effectively
