1. Giới thiệu chung
IELTS TUTOR lưu ý:
- Through có thể được dùng với những chức năng ngữ pháp sau:
- Dùng như giới từ (preposition)

2. Cách dùng
2.1. Mang nghĩa"qua, xuyên qua, suốt"
=To move through something such as a hole, opening, or pipe means to move directly from one side or end of it to the other.

2.2. Mang nghĩa"đến cùng; hết; từ đầu đến cuối"
=If something happens or exists through a period of time, it happens or exists from the beginning until the end.

2.3. Mang nghĩa"nhờ, bởi, qua (chỉ ra tác nhân, phương tiện)"
=You use through when stating the means by which a particular thing is achieved/by means of a particular method or experience/using a particular system, service, or person

2.4. Mang nghĩa"do, vì (chỉ ra nguyên nhân, lý do)"
=If something happens because of something else, you can say that it happens through it.

=experiencing an unpleasant situation until it ends/successfully reaching the end of a difficult situation or period

2.6. Mang nghĩa"vượt qua được, lọt"
=To get through a barrier or obstacle means to get from one side of it to the other/If someone gets through an examination or a round of a competition, they succeed or win.

2.7. Mang nghĩa"hoàn thành, đã xong"
=You use through in expressions such as half-way through and all the way through to indicate to what extent an action or task is completed.

=When you get through while making a phone call, the call is connected and you can speak to the person you are phoning/used for saying that you are connected to someone by phone be/get through

2.9. Mang nghĩa"đạo luật thông qua"
=If something such as a proposal or idea goes through, it is accepted by people in authority and is made legal or official.

2.10. Mang nghĩa"đọc qua từng chi tiết, đọc từ đầu đến cuối"
=If you read through something, you read it from beginning to end.

=if a train, bus etc goes through to a particular town, it goes as far as that town/To go through a town, area, or country means to travel across it or in it.
